Ordering & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order. All international orders are shipped via FEDEX

If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact contact@zaybeauty.com

Order Not Received

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email contact@zaybeauty.com and please include your order number so we can assist you.

Refused Deliveries

This applies only to cash on delivery payment orders in UAE and Pakistan. If a customer places your order through the website and then reject it on delivery, for all future orders the customer will have to bear the shipping fee of the previous order which is AED 15 in UAE and PKR 200 in Pakistan. Zay Beauty also holds a right to deny your future orders or ask for advanced payment before processing your order if a customer has a history of refused shipments.

Order Cancellation

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.

Shipping Restrictions

If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@zaybeauty.com to organize the return of your item quoting your order number and the item you would like to return.
Returned items should be received within 30 days of receipt. The item will be refunded and not exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded. The refunds will be done only through the original Mode Of Payment. The refund can take up to 45-60 days to reflect in your account as per your bank policy.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to contact@zaybeauty.com . This should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Tax & duty charges

All orders (excluding Pakistan orders) are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website.
