How To Use
Mix in your glitters and pigments to make a fine paste to apply.Please keep in mind that mixing this can break the glitter and make them more of a foiled pigment.<br>Use only a tiny amount; too much can make the paste thin and difficult to work with.<br>Apply as a primer, wait for 30 seconds, and apply your favorite pigments and glitters on top for a high-impact effect.<br>Mix in your favorite eyeshadows to create eyeliners.<br>It can be used in dried-up water-based eyeliners and brow gels to bring them back to life.
